The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a lovely area, just next door to the metro as well as the Airport. the whole room was quiet and had a refrigerator, air conditioner, and a personal safe. - the rear view here was particularly nice. - the location was marvelous and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Very good choice if traveling with family with car (has free parking and is close enough to the city). Located in good neighborhood. Kind staff and spacious rooms.

We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. We could park the car in the hotel garage for 10 euro.

The food was absolutely disgusting! We ate at the dinner buffet in the evening and all the food that was supposed to be warm was only lukewarm to cold and our soda's were warm...We didn't dare to eat this food, afraid of food poisoning. This cost us 12,50 per person..Breakfast was somewhat better but also here the scrambled eggs were cold..

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, providing very good service. the rooms were well-furnished with large screen TVs, extra beds, and a lovely bathroom. the breakfast offered a savory and varied selection to cater to all tastes. Convenient location close to the airport, the Madrid fair, transportation, and an industrial/business park. the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Puerta de Alcala.

The family room was great value for money and very comfortable with everything working well. A comfotable stay.

My Mother and I had food poisoning symptoms which started the morning we left and continued for the next 48 hours. We suspect it was from the fish on the buffet for dinner as it was cooked but cold when we ate it. My children did not eat the fish and were not ill. There was nothing else significant we think it could have been.

The hotel is a bit far out from Madrid centre (around 25 minutes by car). Buffet dinner is good and hotel pool is refreshing. Hotel is situated in an industrial area, so no views to enjoy. Staff at breakfast could be a bit slow to replenish items which run out. However, overall experience was good and hotel is recommended.

It was brand new, neat, with huge TVs. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The location in an industrial area was excellent. There were main shopping centers and shops nearby. Overall, Porcel Avant in Torrejon de Ardoz offers a modern and clean establishment with attentive staff, excellent service, and a convenient location near shopping centers.

Communication with personal is very difficult when nobody speaks any proper english

The bedroom was neat and impressive. The hotel was placed in the remote location in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area. It was also not far from free airport shuttle service, the public transport network and Barajas airport and main seepdways.

The location of this place was great, it was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Not much arroun it, but a 15' walk to samll town is good for killing time
